- Local Moving Terms & Conditions -
$200 deposit (non-refundable in case of cancellation) may be required to confirm a booking.
*The preliminary cost estimate is based on an inventory list and/or photographs provided by the client. An updated invoice and final cost for the work will be calculated on the day of the move, prorated for the time spent in hours, in 15-minute increments. The minimum order for any work is 2 hours.
**Storage services are calculated based on the storage time, the volume of the load, and the required warehouse size. Additional storage volumes and changes in storage time are subject to additional charges.
Payment is made as follows:
100% (including any deposit) must be paid upon arrival at the drop-off point after unloading and all work is complete as soon as possible, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
*Some orders may require full payment (including any deposit) prior to unloading at the drop-off point, depending on the circumstances, payment guarantees, and/or agreed-upon terms. If the client fails to pay, their cargo will be transferred to the carrier's warehouse and subject to additional storage and transportation fees until full payment is received and all work is completed.
Scope of Services:
Please note that the carrier provides transportation and related services, such as: cargo storage, packing/unpacking boxes, and furniture disassembly/assembly, if necessary. Packaging materials (boxes, bags, tape, film, protective materials) are charged separately unless otherwise specified. The carrier transports the client's cargo "as is" and does not inspect or repair furniture/equipment/premises. The carrier is not responsible for existing/hidden damage, fragile items, or any other items packed by the owner or third parties. The carrier does not carry out and is not responsible for disconnecting/connecting household appliances, etc. The carrier is not obligated to reserve parking, elevators, or any other access to the client's premises.
Delivery Terms and Schedules:
The carrier undertakes to load and deliver the cargo at the agreed-upon time and date. Loading and unloading dates and times are subject to change due to any factors beyond the carrier's control, including delays in upcoming scheduled orders, traffic jams, and price instability/fuel shortages. The customer will be notified of any changes as soon as possible. The carrier is not responsible for any damage or delays caused by such external factors.
The customer must report any damage within 24 hours of delivery; otherwise, the carrier will not be held liable. By placing an order, the customer confirms their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Interstate Moving Terms & Conditions -
$500 deposit (non-refundable in case of cancellation) may be required to confirm your reservation.
*The preliminary cost estimate is based on inventory lists and/or photographs provided by the client. Any additional items not included in the initial inventory will be charged per cubic meter. An updated invoice and final cost will be calculated on the day of the move based on the total volume of items being moved, in multiples of cubic meters.
Payment is made in installments as follows:
• 50% of the total cost of the move (including the deposit) must be paid on the day of the move before loading.
• The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival at the drop-off point before unloading, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
*Some orders may require full payment (including the deposit) prior to unloading at the drop-off point, depending on the circumstances, payment guarantees, and/or agreed-upon terms. If the client fails to comply with the payment terms, their cargo will be transferred to the carrier's warehouse and subject to additional storage and transportation charges until full payment is received and all work is completed.

- Cancellation Policy -

1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after a deposit is received (if applicable). By confirming a booking, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.
2. Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation within the restricted timeframes below. Deposits may be transferred to a new booking date (subject to availability)
3. Cancellation Timeframes
- More than 24 hours before booking
Deposit is non-refundable, may be transferred to another date (subject to availability)
- Less than 24 hours notice / Same-day cancellation or no-show
Deposit is forfeited, additional charges may apply if the team is already dispatched
4. Reschduling
Changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance
We will do our best to accommodate your new date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
5. Delays on the Day
If the client is not ready at the scheduled time: Waiting time may be charged at the standard hourly rate / If delays exceed 30–60 minutes, the job may be cancelled.
- Cancellation in this case will be treated as a same-day cancellation
6. Access Issues
If we are unable to complete the job due to: No access to property / Incorrect address / Parking restrictions not arranged / Items not ready for transport
- This may be treated as a cancellation, and fees may apply.
7. External Factors
We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by: Weather conditions / Traffic / Mechanical issues / Circumstances beyond our control
We will always try to reschedule where possible.
8. Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to: Safety concerns / Unsafe or hazardous conditions / Incorrect or misleading job information
